Eligibility
The service is intended for entities operating as quality control or material testing laboratories.
Registration and subscription to LabAutomation does not by itself authorize any person or entity
to represent itself as a registered, approved, accredited, or NABL-recognized laboratory.
Laboratory Responsibility
The laboratory is responsible for entering correct observations, selecting applicable test methods,
reviewing calculations, authorizing reports, maintaining supporting records, and ensuring that
reports are issued only by competent and authorized personnel.
Reports and Compliance
LabAutomation assists with structured records, calculations, and report formatting. The laboratory
must independently ensure compliance with applicable IS, MoRTH, NABL, contractual, statutory,
and project-specific requirements before issuing any report.
Subscriptions and Payments
Access to active record creation and editing may depend on the selected subscription plan and
payment status. If a subscription expires, is suspended, or is not verified, existing records may
remain available in read-only mode until access is restored.
Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the service, bypass access controls, upload unlawful content, issue false
or misleading reports, interfere with the service, or use the platform in a manner that harms
clients, laboratories, regulators, or the public.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but availability may be affected by hosting, maintenance,
network, payment gateway, email, browser, or third-party service conditions. Features, plans,
and policies may be updated as the application evolves.
