Privacy Policy

LabAutomation is designed for civil works quality control laboratories to manage requisitions, test records, calculations, reports, users, subscriptions, and forwarding letters.

Information We Collect

We collect laboratory registration details, business contact information, user account details, project and client references entered by the laboratory, test observations, generated reports, subscription status, and payment confirmation records.

How We Use Information

Information is used to operate the application, verify laboratory accounts, maintain laboratory records, generate reports, support subscriptions, troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, and communicate service-related updates.

Laboratory Records

Test data, reports, client references, project details, and requisition records are entered and controlled by the subscribing laboratory. The laboratory is responsible for the correctness, authorization, and lawful use of records generated through the service.

Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay. LabAutomation stores payment identifiers and status information required to reconcile subscriptions. Card, UPI, banking, and other sensitive payment credentials are handled by the payment gateway.

Sharing

We do not sell laboratory data. Information may be shared only when required to provide hosting, email delivery, payment processing, technical support, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or when the laboratory itself chooses to share reports.

Security and Retention

We use account-based access, role permissions, subscription controls, and server-side validation. Records are retained as needed for the laboratory's operational, audit, legal, and subscription requirements unless deletion is requested and legally permissible.
